Advise needed

I am needing to do a basic reset everyday on glass tv as lookes as though everyone is dubbed, what can I do to resolve this

Do you mean that lip sync is off?

When people are talking words are said before their mouth moves and it's annoying.  So need help on how to stop this from happening

@killieguy  I'm not sure why you raised another thread when you already have this one and have received a reply, creating duplicate threads is unnecessary and just causes duplicate replies
