I subscribe to add skipping but it is not working

Hi @Oscar2515 and welcome to the forum. I’m not sure what your expectations are but Ad Skipping will only work with catchup and Apps. Obviously it can't work on live broadcasts as this would be a physical impossibility.
Ad Skipping does not mean no adverts it means you can skip (i.e. fast forward) through them. It would obviously help if the FF function worked better than it does but that's another matter. Sky have now introduced an Ad Skip button which works with Sky on demand content and is a great improvement

The adverts don't just skip, you have to fast forward or rewind during the program using the remote
