Activion problem

I bought the sky TV from the eBay from someone else. When I start my TV it's asking me to link your account. I create a account on sky and when I scan the QR the page is not opening. It shows have a something problem and my TV is not activated. When I call to the previous owner he asked me at the end of the month it will be removed from my account but it's still on active on his account. I have a proof to bought it from eBay. I bought this TV used. Now I want to activate this TV. Can you help me?

Creating an account online won't allow you to subscribe to sky via a second hand TV. You will need to call sky to arrange this.

You'll need to get in touch with us. Before getting in touch, make sure your Sky Glass or Sky Stream is plugged into the mains. We’ll need you to give us an activation code to complete your order"
