I am getting a message on sky sports telling me i need to upgrade but i already subscribe!

A known issue which should now be resolved. You may need to reboot your puck to restore service. Sky have also posted this advice on the home screen of Glass/Stream.

Sky are aware of the problem.

Plus others are now reporting a message on screen that says to perform a restart to bring services back.

Getting told to upgrade subscritpion but already subscribed??

I have Sky Stream and pay for a range of packages including Sky Sports. Up until it had worked fine but now when selecting a sports channel I get the message "To watch this channel, you need to upgrade your subscription". Oddly I am able to view Sky Sports Acion HD (currently showing rugby) but no other sports channel - not even golf!. 

I've checked and Sky Sports is still in My Products and my subscription is paid until 24 July. 

Anyone else got similar? Or a solution, please??
