Rebooted twice now and still not working . Sky sports cricket is pixelated bad and some sky sports channel don't go to proper hd

Vanishing Sky Sports
I have subscribed to Sky Sports for years. I now use the streaming service.This morning it worked fine. This afternoon it tells me I have to upgrade to receive it. There's no problem with the internet or the service on other channels. What could be the problem? I moved about a month ago, keeping the same "box" but it has worked fine for all that time. I have received no contact from SKY

Cannot watch the sky sports channels
Hi there everyone, it says you need to upgrade to sky sports to watch sky sports but I've already upgraded. It's not working and this needs to be sorted. Just thought I'd raise it. Can you please pass this on to the relevant teams? Thank you so much! As I can't get through on the phones either, it says a 40-minute wait. Thank you again, Pete

I am getting an upgrade your subscription message for sky sports hd but I already have an active subscription. What's wrong and how is this fixed,?

So called answer is not an answer.
Paid for Sky Sports so why
i) did you break it in the first place
ii) given we cant actually watch programs that have been paid for, please explain the compensation route
