Sky Sports telling me to upgrade when I already have it

I was watching Sky Cricket a couple of hours ago now when I go to watch is says I need to upgrade, but I already have Sky Sports, please help if possible, thank you

I've literally just received my new PUCK - it's telling me I haven't got the subscription for all the sports channels (when I have the sky sports package)new to sky , so do I just wait ? I don't want to click on stuff and be charged extra

Loss of sky channels

I've lost all my sky sports channels please tell me why as this is unacceptable.

Oddly enough I can get the cricket on 921 but not 404!

I am having the exact same issue. Sky Sports UHD channels are working but not the SKY Sports HD channels.

i have sky stream and sky sports package. Watch rugby and cricket earlier and now says I need to subscribe to watch. I already have a subscription.
