sky glass

i have been emailed to say my delivery of my sky equipment can't take place but no reason given or contact details. i contacted sky and they have said it is sheduled for today. i have tried the useless sky bot is there any alternative to sky as i am fed up with the high prices and lack of customer serivce. What can i do

What is it you are having delivered, assuming at least a Sky Glass TV, as you have posted in the Sky Glass section?

If it is a Sky Glass TV, you will get a text/ email from AIT ( the delivery courier) on the night before or on the delivery day with details of the delivery.

There are also contact details for your order in the my sky app if you follow the "TRACK" link to call the courier and once live a map detailing your delivery position.
