Hi @kipps1

You will need to provide more information for the community to assist. Do you have a Sky streaming account? Or Sky Q? You need a streaming account for Glass TV.

If you have a streaming account and already have a Glass TV have you got whole home? You will need this to use more than one device.

Was the TV purchased new from Sky? Or is it second hand? If second hand have you followed the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/buying-sky-glass-second-hand

What exacting is the issue you are experiencing?

If you have Sky Q at the moment then you can either:

A) Connect the Sky Q box to one of the HDMI ports on the Glass TV and use it just as a monitor/soundbar. Your Sky Q subscription continues as normal and you access everything via your Q box/satellite dish.

B) Cancel the Sky Q contract and switch to a Sky Streaming TV contract which will then activate the streaming service on the Glass TV. You will need to return all your Sky Q equipment to Sky. Be aware that you need to have fast and stable broadband already in place for Sky Glass to function reliably.

If you have Sky Stream or Sky Glass already you can simply add the Whole Home subcription to your package and give Sky a ring to activate the second hand Glass TV and add it to your account.
