sky glass tv

I have been having trouble with my new sky glass tv,it keeps losing pictures and programs and then displays a message saying technical issues please try later, I have phoned them numerous times and on saturday they told me there's a problem with the software and they have been working on it since july they told me I needed a booster and sent one which i'm paying for especially when I told them they said in their advert they said I would get coverage in every room is anyone else experiencing problems

@Jimmythefish  Your post has been as your issue has nothing to do with the Sky Go app where you posted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unfortunately not: the 'guaranteed' element is a small refund if coverage isn't achieved.

 

If you are paying the appropriate subscription supplement then you can insist on receiving more than one booster though.
