sky glass gen 2 connection problems
ever since having changed to sky glass gen 2 ive had nothing but problems with the main tv and with the puck in the bedroom constanly disconnecting from the internet having to turn everything off and on again i have 900mb internet and the tv is hard wired to the router im starting to wish i hadnt bottered

Hi @bobd71
The TV are puck are independent devices. So this could point to an issue with your router or a software issue with Sky have released. Who's your ISP? Have you checked your router settings to ensure your on optimised channels etc?
Please provide some more information.

Maybe try using WiFi instead - could be an issue with your Ethernet cables or if you are using a network switch.
