New Sky Glass Air with Optical Output.

I can't connect it to my amplifier.

I have tried all configurations available on both. 
Red light is showing, so the cable must be ok.
Really out of ideas.

Please help.

Not having a Glass Air to check here... If there is a setting on the Air under Picture & Sounds > Sound to change the output format for the optical port, try setting it to Dolby Digital (the optical connection cannot output Dolby Digital Plus) and if that doesn't work, try PCM stereo.

What model of Denon AVR are you using?
