Watch from the start /picture freezing

Can anyone tell me why my watch from the start is not working.  Have tried switching off at wall doesn't work .

Also when was watching other morning the picture froze and was making a really loud noise.

For the last few days now, random programs are freezing, displaying "technical issues", WiFi speeds are ok, tested on lots of occasions

Check your speed through the Netflix app in the help section on the Glass/puck. This will give you the speed the Glass/puck is actually receiving.
