rte player showing runtime error
Hi
The rte player app is showing a screen error as below on the app on Sky glass. We have never had any issues and it just stopped working one day.
Generic Error
Runtime error: Local storage. Quota exceeded error: the quota has been exceeded., please restart App
Have tried restarting tv, plugging out, googling resetting options some of which arnt on the tv and can't find anywhere to restart the app. Rte help centre advised to restart sky tv, so going around in circles.
Has anyone seen this error before or how to resolve and find a way to restart or reset a specific app on sky glass
Thanks

@Sue2025_ Have you tried refresshing app in the settings menu rather than restarting the TV?

Re: rte player showing runtime error
Hi there
I tried to refresh a few times but there only seemed to be a general refresh button for all apps , you couldn't select which app, did it a few times but didn't seem to do anything
