Help! - Need to deregister Sky Glass from my account

Hi all, I hope I can get some help with this issue as I have been passed pilar to post currently.

 

I am looking at getting Sky Stream, however Sky still thinks I am a Sky Glass customer. I originally had Sky Glass when it first launced, but I paid this off and sold the TV 14 months or so ago. I need to somehow get the Sky Glass TV deleted from my account, when I go to the streaming device settings it doesn't allow me to do this and that I need to contact Sky.

 

I've phoned Sky twice and spoke to online chat but no one seems to understand what I need. I've looked through a couple of posts on the forum and can see other people have had this issue, but it was sorted by a Sky staff on here.

 

If someone can please help, that would be grand.

 

TLDR: I no longer have Sky Glass and need this removed from my account so I can go ahead with Sky Stream.

@bradleyestn  You'll need to persists in calling and hopefully you'll get an adviser who understands what you want.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Aye, but that takes a lot of time! I will continue to do this, but crossing my fingers someone from Sky can help me on here as they have done with previous customers.

@bradleyestn  The messaging service is offline for the forseeable future so  your post can't be escalated to Sky, so your only option is to call.
