"Hello Sky" works for me but not my wife

Got Sky Glass two days ago,. All set up and working fine. When I say HELLO SKY, the set responds. When my wife says it, it doesn't. She is getting v annoyed...  Any ideas??? (I presume the TV can recognsie more than one user!)

@Marco99 yes it can but if she speaks quietly or too fast the system can get confused especially if the room  is noisy, She may find using the mic in the remote is better simply hold thecremote in front of your mouth press the voice button and say what you want you dont need the Hello Sky phrase.
