lIve TV blue screening repeatedly
For some reason over the last 2 days our Sky Glass has started going to the blue screen error stating that the programme is loading every 15 minutes or so. This only happens on Live TV, when using netflix etc the programmes can be viewed for hours without issue.
Connection is via ethernet, when the error occurs you can run a speed test that shows the connection is live at 50Mb+ on the same connection. No issues occur on streaming playback, this only occurs on live TV playback on multiple channels.

ignore this post, I misread the details as 500 instead of 50 so my response is irrelevant.

Have you tried restarting?
- Go to Settings
- System management
- Resets & updates
- Restart device
Also, have you tried on WiFi? It might be worth giving that a go just to see.

@PaulKCMF Live TV in HD needs a constant 25mbps and UHD 35mbps, are you also using the broadband connection for any other uses, such as family members?

Only for basic Email etc. This setup has been working fine until this weekend, no playback issues etc until Saturday and since then its been constant problems on live TV only.
