find my remote using my iPhone?

my two year-old grandson has put my remote somewhere in this room. I can't find it anywhere. Can I search for it using my iPhone via the sky app somehow. I only have a puck and sky stream so I can't do it using that any advice gratefully received thank you

Hi @Jean211 

 

Afraid not. The voice search command for finding the remote is only supported on Sky glass only.

 

You can order a replacement on Amazon if you cannot find it: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote
