Not a lot of information to go off. Try turning it off for 2 minutes at the mains and see if that restores viewing.

 

If not you will need to tell us more about your set up. Has it been working previously? How is your glass connected to the internet? Does your broadband meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps? Has it worked before? Who is your ISP?

 

Remember we are fellow subscribers, not Sky support and don't know anything about your setup unless you tell us.

  • Is your  broadband  working  ? If not then that  could  be why your  tv is not working
