faulty glass remote

my glass tv remote has all of a sudden stopped rewinding when I want to press on the left of control. what it is doing is turning tv off.

ii spoke to someone on sky team , said they would send me replacement remote.   however it did not arrive.  I give up.

@rowland1 glad your new remote arrived safely.  When I requested a replacement they told me it would take between 3 and 5 days to arrive but sadly I had to request the replacement 4 times before a replacement was received.
