ii spoke to someone on sky team , said they would send me replacement remote. however it did not arrive. I give up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rowland1 glad your new remote arrived safely. When I requested a replacement they told me it would take between 3 and 5 days to arrive but sadly I had to request the replacement 4 times before a replacement was received.
