Discussion topic: due to being hard of hearing, can i speak to an agent regarding new deals etc without phoning

due to being hard of hearing, can i speak to an agent regarding new deals etc without phoning

I am hard of hearing and cannot hear correctly using the phone. Would speaking to an agent on the chat line be possible to ask for new deals or take off items i do not use etc
