I frequently encounter a problem when adding an item from the Sky Sports Cricket ir F1 channel. After clicking to add the item to my playlist, it shows as "series added" on tbe ckrrect channel. However when I come to watch the item, it turns out its tbe Main Event version showing, and then I oftem miss the end of my program as Main Event has switched to football 😖😖😖.
Does anyone know of a way to force the playlist to use the original source broadcast? The Sky Glass interface is clunky at best, and way less intuitive than Sky Q was, but this behaviour is truly awful. It's as if Sky set out to drive customers away! We oay a lot fir this service. Sky Spirts is the main reason stick with Sky, as most other offerings are available elsewhere, but if I can't guarantee seeing the entire broadcast of a sporting event, then therenot much point in it.

Given that the recordings are cloud based this is an issue with Sky's configuration rather than anything locally. Best advice is to email Sky's viewer relations team (viewerR@sky.uk) and they will investigate with the appropriate team.
