Hi @TracyAnne1975

Do you have another TV in the house that you can move the puck to as a test? This will rule out a faulty HDMI port or setting on the TV. Also has this puck ever worked? The pixelation may be down to poor WiFi / connectivity.

As the pucks are loaned to you, they come with a warranty. If you call Sky they will arrange a replacement, usually next day. We are fellow subscribers on the forum.

Hi @TracyAnne1975

In which case you will need to contact Sky and get them to send you a replacement.

Visit this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home

And scroll down to need more help. You will then see an 033 number. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post numbers.
