Wobbly tv

Hi

We have put our tv on the wall and it's secure but it seems wobbly like it's not safe should it be like this? Plus it's not right up against the wall?

Did you use the supplied wall mount?

Did you follow the Sky wall mounting instruction?

yes used the wall mount that came with it and followed instructions. Feels secure but just not very secure.

Did a professional TV installation company do the wall mounting? 
Sky Glass is very heavy and should be securely fixed to any wall mount. If not there is danger of serious damage to both the TV and any nearby humans, should it fall from the mount.
