WiFi help on TV and xbox

I can't get the internet to connect on my skye puck streaming box or the Xbox only on our phones can any one help please

have you tried rebooting your router or pulling the plug on it for a few minutes

Hi @Nat_reece and welcome to the forum.  When I have had this issue in the past I found the following worked for me.

 

Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet again
