You don't get Dolby Atmos on everything with the UHD/Atmos pack - will only get Dolby Atmos from certain Sky content (which unfortunately they don't promote very well) and from some apps depending on your subscription level.
If you only have the basic Netflix tier then you won't get Atmos - you need the Premium tier of Netflix to get UHD & Atmos.

Is it possible you're hearing the output of front left/right speakers without the centre (where dialogue would typically be mixed)?
A single failed driver is the most likely situation, and other posts have suggested it's the centre which goes.

Is the Glass TV connected to a surround system?

Thanks for all you're replies guys... Appreciate your input... Firstly I checked all the programs that have atmos /dolby sound and the apps... But got no joy on them... Even the channels without this feature sound tinny... And I do subscribe to the dolby atmos extras... Secondly I don't have any other external speakers or soundboard connected.. Although I tried connecting my bose speaker... That worked but the TV was still on tin mode... Lastly I spoke to sky and went thru all the set ups and sound modes and the agreed that something wasn't right... The only thing that wasn't ideal was the software and build versions... Tried to update that but TV still stayed on qs 0025 version and not updated toqs 0026...so sky said they are gonna disconnect my subscription and reload it over next few days... See if that solved it.... Watch this space... Personally I think the speaker driver or drivers are goofed... Like I said before tho... I'm 6 months passed my 2 year guarantee grrr.... Thanks again for your inputs
👍

Ouch. That's a shame if it is the case.
You'll need to get in touch with ServiceTech, Sky's official Glass repair company:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
Obviously you'll need to pay for a repair if it's possible, but it might be worth cutting your losses and considering a more versatile smart TV, bought from somewhere like John Lewis or Richer Sounds, who offer free 5 or 6 year warranties. You could then add a Stream puck to continue your streaming TV service with Sky.

So I ask this question today as I have lowered my package down to £24 month but now I only get base sub not full souround when I had family packages I ask sky in town how to get this back they said you need to add package 30 pound more it's a con so people that have paid out right for there to and are out of contract still don't get full access to tv full audio output this is a con and sky are ripping people off so people please look in to this before you buy sky glass tv I'm sure with a bit more legal digging and loop hole I find a clause to file against sky to sort this out in future sales as they are miss leading people

That aside, reducing your costs makes no difference to sound quality.
