Why does it say I need to pay my bill before I can apply for sky glass when it's done by DD

Why does it say I need to pay my bill before I can apply for sky glass when my bill is done by DD on the 23rd of every m9nth without fail

@Ian163  as 23rd is a Sunday this month  it may welll be the DD hasn't been fully processed, has this been taken from yoiur bank account?   If so you could try ina day or 2 to apply for Glass.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It actually came out on the 24th as I know how DD's work so it still dont make sense why it always says about paying my bill first
