We are fellow subscribers, your not speaking to Sky. However in order for the community to assist you we need more than a one line statement. What issues are you experiencing?

 

Sky Glass delivers it's content over the internet and needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps Mbps for UHD. Do you have fast enough internet? If you provide more information we will do our best to help.
