I had every series of gogglebox on my play list and half of them have gone, same with game of thrones and mash

There's no right to permanent content retention: there never was on the satellite platforms either, but content recorded from air didn't get removed (although it was for on-demand downloads)

Sky themselves say that Playlist content will be available for 'up to a year'.
