Changing TV package when renewal date is close?

My TV package is up at the beginning of May and I'd like to adjust it - get rid of Cinema and maybe downgrade the TV pack from Ultimate to a cheaper option.  When I select the renewal option in MySky I'm only offered a renewal with cinema and ultimate options. 

 

Do I just need to call them on their 'secret' 0333 number and make my way throgh the options or will all options appear in the app when my contract switches to a rolling contract and I suck up an expensive month?

@PhilChris1  I would call SKy to discuss your options.  You might also get some better prices.

 

Click on the link below and select the “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. The number isn't "secret" but unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will reject it to stop people from posting their own phone numbers.

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.
