When changing tv from puc to glass constantly have to resign into apps

When I move from one tv to another I have to resign into the app ie. Watch channel 5 downstairs then go upstairs and have to go into internet and log in again then repeat if I want to watch TV in another room on a puc.

Still having this issue even down to Apple TV when signed in one tv if I go to another I have to resign in each and every time

This is still happening and there is no open chat , channel 4 today cannot move between tvs without keep logging in via the internet

Again I wrote to them and they never came back does anyone actually know how to resolve this as I'm sick and tired of having to sign into channel 4, channe, 5 etc every time I watch it on a different tv

@Dazzar51  I see ytou have had 3 escalations so I'm not sure why you have not been receiving them.

 

If I was having this issue with my Puck I try the recovery process so it might be an option with your Glass TV?  From memory I think you have to sign back into all your Apps again but it might solve your problem.  It's up to you but if you want to try this is the procedure:

 

  1. On your Sky remote, press 4 and 6 together for three seconds. This will reset your remote.
  2. Switch off your TV at the mains plug socket. There's no need to unplug it.
  3. Press and hold the Standby button on the right-hand side of the TV.
  4. Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash, then remove your finger.
  5. Let the Sky Glass TV complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.
  6. Switch the TV back on and follow the steps on screen to set up your TV
