Sky Glass won’t connect to internet

My sky glass keeps telling me my internet is down. Funny that I've done a speed test and it's running at 69 mb/s on my phone 1 metre away from the TV. Any suggestions other than never buy a Sky Glass again.

Try rebooting your router 

 

can also try the "reset network" option in the settings and repairing your tv back to your WiFi 

 

if less than a meter away you could try connecting to your router with an Ethernet cable and turning off wifi in the settings
