We are currently unable to watch House of the Dragon after S2 episode 2
Hi - can you please help resolve an issue with House of the Dragonz. We have sky glass and are unable to watch Episodes 3 onwards in Season 2. We were able to watch episode 6 last week after it was made available, then wanted to rewatch it before this weeks episode tonight, however on trying to do this it will not work. We have turned the tv on & off a number of times and this hasn't helped. We have been trying since last week & presumed it was a technical hitch that would be resolved, however we are still unable to watch it. I also checked the other episodes and we can watch Season 2 episodes 1 & 2, but when we select episode 3, 4 , 5 or 6 the screen turns black, then reverts to the summary screen showing the overview of all episodes. There are no issues with any other programs and I have checked parental settings and there are no restrictions set up there either. Can someone please contact me to resolve this as soon as possible.

Hi @DD24
The best starting point is power off your Glass / Puck for a few minutes at the mains. If you believe it is broadcast issue (given that you can watch some episodes) the best course of action is to report it to viewer relations via email on viewerR@sky.uk. They will investigate with relevant teams.
We are fellow subscribers here on the forum (it's customer helps customer) and Sky will not contact you off the back of a post.

Many thanks - I had tried turning it off an on again a number of times over the past few days but it didn't resolve the issue. I realised after posting that this is just a public forum, so phoned again and luckily got through and have had the issue resolved - it required a system reset to force an update and all is working fine now. Thank you again for your response 😊

I am currently unable to watch House of the Dragon S2 episode 2?
I have managed to download the rest of season 2 episodes 1, 3,4,5,6,7 and 8.
For some reason episdoe 2 is not there or available to download? How do I get it back so I can watch it?

See my advice in post 2 re viewer relations. The more people who report it the quicker it will get resolved. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum and Sky generally don't take action of the back of forum posts.
