Voice control not working on my remote

Only 2 weeks in with Sky and the voice control on my remote has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this please?

Hi @Bob791  welcome to the forum.  It could just be a software glitch so I suspect if you rebooted your Glass TV the voice commands on the remote may start working again.  To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset).  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t panic when you first start the process.

This has worked for me in the past when I have lost voice control 

 

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.
