Virgin internet dropping when using sky glass

Just got sky glass with virgin internet but after a while sky glass says no internet connection. Have to turn off at plug this is now annoying. Any ideas

@Culitojazz your issue is likely to be a poor connection from the Virgin router to the unit. Virgin routers are not remowned for their wig]fi coversge - before snyone else says it neither are Sky's hubs. Stream and Glass definitely stress home networks and ideally you need to use ethernet cables or condider buying better wifi kit or powerline.
