I'm trying to watch David Holmes on sky documentaries and say press the 3 dots button to upgrade. I've done this but comes up with an error message saying "we'll be back soon. Something went wrong, we're working on this. Please try again later. Mysky_1800
Anybody know how to fix this issue or if I'm doing something wrong thanks

Are you trying to watch on demand? If so, had the episode actually aired? Sometimes you get these error messages of the episode hasn't actually aired yet.

unplug the device, wait 30 seconds then plug it back in.
