every time I click on sky cinema some films work and others are saying due to technical error I am recieving limited service its been saying it for days

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jhoult23 @Have you tried unplugging the Sky device waiting 30 seconds and then plugging it back in to completely restart it?
occassionally the devices can play up after apps and programmes have been loaded on them and they may require a restart every couple of days (depending on usage).
