Upgrade message saying I need to upgrade to watch any programme on live tv, channel 1 2 3 etc all of them but apps work fine.

Do you have an active Sky TV subscription .... the apps can work using their own subscriptions whether free or paid while the channels on a Sky Glass TV need a Sky TV subscription unless you connect an aerial to access DTT channels🤔

Yeah I have active subscription it's just randomly went off on both pucks in house.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTrying a reboot:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

@Shannen93 does your Sky Glass TV continue to work while your Sky Pucks are unable to access live channels?
