Unlink Netflix account

So Sky told me to contact Netflix to do this, however Netflix are telling me to contact Sky to delete the account! Any help anyone? Costing me an extra £15 per month on my Sky bill!

If you are on Sky Stream or Sky Glass, Netflix is free for the Netflix standard with ads tier.

The Netflix standard (without ads) and Netflix Premium are extra chargeable tiers.

 

Go into your MySky app or account online.

Go to Your Products > Manage > TV Packs.

You will be able to there drop Netflix down to the free tier called Standard with ads.
