I went to a Sky documentary 'The Yogurt Shop Murders' and this black box appears on the bottom left of the screen. It is there on every episode UHD & HD?

I have just viewed all four episodes and not seeing this, via my Sky Stream.
It is though playing out in a 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars either side.
