Ufc not available

Has anyone had issues with ufc not being available on sky glass, I am unable to find / watch the last 2 events even though they are added to my playlist

Yes, same for me - no UFC on playlist since 9 April. Before that, no problems.

Same for me ..playlist still showing Peraira v Adesanya as the last available event...misssed 3 events now for something I'm paying £30 a month extra for

I'm having to subscribe to the BT sport app to watch the UFC, so I'm paying twice at the moment. I am reluctant to cancel the BT sports subscription with Sky, as the BT App frequently buffers during live football, despite 1 Gig Wi-Fi 6.  (I tried hard wiring with Ethernet instead but still buffers.) The UFC dropped onto Playlist with no issues until early April - nothing since then. Sky blame BT, BT blame the Sky Playlist; customer stuck in the middle.

Same issue for me, worked absolutely fine before. Such a joke this needs sorting asap

Totally the same issue..  even tried taking ufc off my playlist but it won't remove..

Yet on sky go I seem to be able to watch the event a couple of days later... so must be a sky glass problem.. 

Almost getting to the point of no point in having bt on sky if I can't watch the ufc events..

Yes, it's a Glass playlist issue I believe.

Well after speaking to guy in the tech dept , he admitted it is a known issue and could offer me info as to when it would be sorted .

I was promised a refund for my last 2 months for BT sport but it hasn't materialised...so after 25+years with Sky I have now left and gone to BT ..and saved £20  a month in the process.

I contacted support about this and they said it should be available and I would be entitled to a full refund if not. Went through all troubleshooting and still nothing.

Try scrolling down series to 'other'. That works for me most of the time.

The ufc prelims are all on my playlist but I can't seem to get the main events on there as well even though on the tv guide they both say they've been added.

anyone else with the same problem that has a solution please?

Another week

Another event not available for streaming when I wake up.

Very angry. Happens more often than not at the moment. I subscribed for UFC alone. What's the point if I can't watch it????

@SK82 @I have now left Sky after 25 +years for this very reason ....if they can't provide the service you are paying for,  there should be a refund or some sort of price reduction .

This would never be acceptable for football.

Because it's combat sports, they just shrug off the heathen who watches it when I call and tell me to wait a few hours.
