I have two Glass:
65" running QS023.007.00P
43" running QS021.008.00P
43" is stuck saying "software update in progress". But it never does. Isn't this one now 2 software revisions behind? I've tried switching it off at the mains but it remains the same.
Any ideas, team?

Settings
Build version will always have listed software update in progress
Ignore that message
Software updates are rolled out in batches
Customers Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks can vary as to when they get the updates can be days/weeks later
Some will get updates before other customers
It's not unusual for one device to get a update and another device get it days/weeks later
QS021 to QS023 is correct as Sky Glass did not get QS022 version
Only Sky Stream Pucks got QS022 version
As you have 2 Sky Glass Tv's it's normal for them to get updates at different stages
I will assume you purchased the sky glass Tv's at different timeframe to each other
So they will be on sky server to get updates at different stages
Both Sky Glass Tv's will have different mac address
