Have you reset your network settings and joined your glass to your new broadband?
Go Settings > network (scroll right to reset)
Select Reset.
Wait while your network is checked, then select Confirm.
Now, follow the on-screen instructions to:
Connect to a Sky hub
Connect to a router from another provider
Connect with an Ethernet cable instead of WiFi

I've done all of that it finds the router I put in the password it says connecting then comes up with there is a problem connecting to the broadband router

Choose the Sky broadband option thst puts the TV into a mode which searches for compatable router then go to your new Sky hub press and hold in thecwps button on thecright hand edge unitl the led starts flashing in a few seconds if the TV is within rangectgectwo should link.
