Have you tried unplugging the Tv for 10 minutes and seeing if that helps?

Have you check your connection speed using the Netflix network check?

I rang sky they said just keep a eye on it as they have had no reports .

@Peter8 and @Wayne+1976 have you checked your connection speeds to the internet using the Netflix network check on the devices?

Yes I've done that and because I have sky broadband I've done a speed check all fine.

So that's borderline for the Sky Stream platform. The minimum recommended speed is 25-30 Mbps depending on if the content you are watching is HD or UHD. Obviously if you are using the internet on other devices at the same time or have multiple Sky streaming devices then you will suffer issues with the streaming.

But every other channel works perfect no drop outs , only 2 channels are playing up . Itv and gold
