Hi I contacted customer service as I was going to be late paying my bill. They advised that services would be suspended for a few days but once paid they would resume. Bill paid this morning and new payment details set up as requested in the app. 8 hours later still no services despite indicating 2 hours max. I've followed the advice to switch glass off at socket and try again but no luck and tried quite a few times.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you

given you have done everything you need to do all you can do is wait for the payment to clear

Thank you so much and for such a prompt response. Hopefully that's it as you say but it is a little confusing as tv shows a 2 hour wait
