Tv keeps restarting things from the beginning.

My tv keeps restarting things from the beginning, even when I'm half way through a programme. It's worse when it's a movie. It's fine until an ad break, then it starts the film all over again!

also, ITV2 keeps going blank, and saying. "Please wait whilst the programme downloads "

it's driving me crazy!

the tv in the bedroom is fine. No issues. Just the main one in the lounge.

Can you check the internet speed your tv in lounge is getting .... go to the Netflix app on glass and into settings and run the network check
