Tv channels not loading

Any update om this? It has been like this on my sky glass all evening. I have done a factory reset as well as a restart but no joy.

Im sure you pay people to do changes that no one wants just to make it worse!

last one your 'programmers' decided that we no longer have our playlist just get a network error or no programs of this type - to be honest I wouldn't trust your programmers to set the clock on my microwave!  
never any apology - no explanations - no one want to spend half their life trying to talk to the 'support' (script readers) as if you have done all their tests before you go on the call you have to follow their steps!!

if I  requested payment for loss of service (playlist has been gone for week, channels not on the guide, also can be an hour out on some channels and its quirk of being 4am in the guide regardless of when you turn it on and it decision to just restart itself after 15 mins or so - they would be paying me for this!

It does sound like service is starting to come back for some users, but I don't have any official confirmation yet.

So fed up with this.  It's been happening for weeks now but tonight is just unacceptable.  Get your act together Sky 😡

They'll never explain what happened, and they won't compensate us for having no service. I was looking forward to enjoying tonight's darts session. Now I'll have to watch it tomorrow evening on catchup and avoid socia media all day to avoid accidentally reading any spoilers. 

It's the Sky way.

You can still access bbc1, 2 and news via iPlayer which is still showing

I can watch bbc on my TV  it's not the point - loads of issues

All OK here now. Server issues happen it's a fact of life but Sky do appear to need a more robust back up system to kick in, this kind of issue happens too often it seems.

I seem to be having this old issue raise its ugly head again, getting the please wait for your programme to load message on live TV channels!! Benn happening last few days? Any help?

Airials are becoming a thing of the past as the sky dish ,otherwise we would not be in a digital age using wifi,

sky are held responsible for not giving a service from which we all pay for through sky glass tv customers ,

no service is a poor service end of .

I've just started to have the same problem, particularly channels 4 & 5. No problems with the apps loading and playing. Initially thought it was glass tv, but now seems to be a software problem that has been going for months!
