If this issue still crops up its likely the network connectoin the glass is getting. So if the reboot doesn't fix it on a more permanent basis, if yu are using Wifi to connect i'd suggest trying to switch to ethernet and see if that improves it, or vice versa.

We're having the same problem. Tried rebooting tv and broadband several times, but programmes only load for a short time and then stop again!!!
How can this be rectified?

As per the post above, if you are connected via Wifi you need to switch it over to ethernet. This will prove if the issue is the strength and stability of your Wifi network.
Once you have connected via an ethernet cable, go into the Glass settings and ensure the Wifi is set to disabled. Then unplug the Glass TV for 1 minute to reboot it ( this is ensure the Wifi is disabled).

We have the same issue and tried every single option with a Sky engineer: software update, re-booting everything, swapping wifi to ethernet and back, nothing seems to fix the problem. Is it possible my sky glass developed a fault ?

We have tried all of the recommendations (which do not work). We have found that some apps stay open when you go in a close them the reset, but this keeps happening frequently at least once a day. There must be a permanent fix.

My partner changed our router settings and disabled IPV6 on it after a long chat with our broadband provider EE. Sorry but I'm not a techie to be able to explain further.
We had no problems since.
