Sky glass won’t turn on

Sky glass won't turn on just keeps flashing red been like this since this morning tried rebooting it nothing happens

You need to perform recovery by following the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass

If this doesn't work you will need to call Sky and claim under warranty (if within 2 years of purchase), we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

I've done that and now the screens just stuck on the sky logo
