Not a lot of information to go on there. However Glass has 'auto standby' and 'eco mode'. You can read more about them in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-turning-on-off-glance-motion-technology#:~:text=Eco%2....

 

As per the auto standby info, the TV will display a message for 5 seconds and if you do not pickup the remote to cancel, it will switch the TV off. The message isn't on screen that long and can easily be missed.

 

If the TV is switching off in the middle of doing something, you will need to speak to sky customer service and get a replacement under warranty, as we are fellow subscribers here like yourself.
